Jonathan Mitchell:  Currently technical manager for a food processing company in Bedfordshire with responsibility covering product safety & quality from goods in approval through to customer complaints. Includes relating with both suppliers, customer s & the factory. Product range is full selection of vegetables from throughout the World. These are processed as ingredients for food processors who 'cook' product up for retailers within the UK. 

Started 'life' as an accounting technician, decided to liven life up & went to agricultural college - Shuttleworth, as it was 'good fun' - became the Students Union Treasurer in the third year of studies then went on to Silsoe college on a Marketing & Food Management Degree. Did 2 years there, first year at Shuttleworth, 2nd / final year at Silsoe to 'look after the Shuttleworth boys' who got shipped over there to 'finish their time'. After Silsoe did a little bit of time back in Lincolnshire then came back to Bedfordshire - have yet to find an escape.
